Information we collect

• Account and business information, including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, roles, facility information, and account credentials.
• Information provided during calls, chats, emails, forms, support requests, and SMS conversations.
• Operational information supplied by sports facilities, including class, schedule, enrollment, staff, lead, attendance, and customer-service information.
• Technical and usage information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, activity logs, and service performance.
• SMS consent records, including the date, time, source, and telephone number associated with an opt-in or opt-out request.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve Gamba AI services.
• Process customer-service requests and operational communications.
• Deliver requested calls, emails, chat messages, and SMS messages.
• Authenticate users, manage permissions, and prevent fraud or misuse.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, carrier, and contractual requirements.

SMS messaging and consent

For Gamba AI LLC's own customer-care SMS program, you can opt in by texting START to the number shown on our SMS opt-in page. We send requested Gamba AI software demo coordination and product support messages under the Gamba AI brand. This program does not send class, schedule, or enrollment texts for sports facilities. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages and reply HELP for assistance. An opt-out request may take a short period to process, but no further non-exempt messages will be sent after it is processed.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except service providers necessary to deliver the requested messaging service.

How information may be disclosed

We may disclose information to hosting, database, communications, payment, security, analytics, and AI infrastructure providers when reasonably necessary to operate the platform. These providers may use information only to perform services for Gamba AI or as required by law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or others, investigate fraud or misuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

Sports-facility customer data

Sports facilities may use Gamba AI to process information about customers, athletes, parents, guardians, leads, and staff. In those situations, the sports facility determines why and how the information is used, and Gamba AI processes it to provide the requested services. Any SMS program a facility runs for its own customers is separate from Gamba AI LLC's direct software customer-care SMS program; the facility is responsible for its own sender registration and customer consent.

Children’s privacy

Gamba AI is a business platform and is not directed to children under 13. Sports facilities may process information relating to youth participants when authorized by a parent, guardian, or other legally permitted person. Facilities are responsible for obtaining any consent required for information they submit.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain information by contacting us. Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, contractual, or operational purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date displayed above indicates when the current version became effective.
